I ordered a Brand New Set of Tires, and also got an Oil Chane at the same time. Service was excellent, kept me informed as to when my vehicle would be done. My wife and I took our GMC terrain to get serviced (oil change/tire rotation). When it was getting serviced, the tire indicator was damaged/broken. We took our vehicle back 3 times to get this resolved and change/tire rotation). When it was getting serviced, the tire indicator was damaged/broken. We took our vehicle back 3 times to get this resolved and nothing came of it. Cody stated how it may have happened there, but it would have happened anyway. He offered a 15% discount after much deliberation. We get those in the mail. This repair will cost me $145. I have purchased the car from there and the extended warranty. They said I could use my extended warranty for something that they broke, but this would then cost me $100 to fix their mistake because I have a deductible. The customer service there is embarrassingly bad and offers zero empathy. I am not one to complain, but when something happens on accident, it is the responsibility for the person who damaged or broke the product to fix it. I told Cody due to this, we will not be using Barker again. He didn’t seem to care. Maybe your business is too large to care about individual customers, but you have lost our family and I have 3 brothers in the area. This is something that barker could simply write off and fix for customer satisfaction, but you wanted to save face, not take ownership, and lose a customer forever. 100% dissatisfied. More
