Friendly staff, very easy to work with. I arrived on time for the appointment and was seen to right away. The employees offered coffee and water and there was a comfortable place to sit and I arrived on time for the appointment and was seen to right away. The employees offered coffee and water and there was a comfortable place to sit and work on a few emails while I waited. The service lasted about an hour and then I was out of there.
