Welcome to Barker Buick GMC Cadillac Barker Motor Company has been serving McLean County since 1935 and is proud to represent Buick, GMC, and Cadillac on Veterans Parkway in Bloomington, and Chevrolet, just a short drive up I-55 @ exit #178 in Lexington. We are also proud to represent GM Certified Used Cars, at both convenient locations that must pass extensive 172-point inspections. For over 7 decades Barker has watched franchises and competition come and go. A few basic principles contribute to the company's success; good service, fair pricing, quality products and "doing unto others as we would have them do unto us". Very expensive. Diag fee doesn't get taken off when we decided to go with the service. Diag fee should only be a diag fee not a standard fee either way. More

I dont think there is a viable resolution. Bill did a great job. He gave me a 31 dollar discount which i greatly appreciate. Nevertheless i just disgree with the diagnostic fee still being applied after i chose to go with the service. If i had chose to not go with the service then by all means charge me the diag fee. The purpose of a diagnostic fee is for the techs to diagnose the issue or problem. Once they find the problem they get paid for labor. Just my opinion. I still got my car fixed and its working fine at the moment. Once again..Bill was awesome!
