Cost of service is getting expense. I don't have any confidence in the free inspection. Brakes are not truly checked unless tires are removed for some other service like rotation. Cabin filter was so dirty that there is no way it had been checked in the last couple inspections. I will no longer bring my car for an oil change unless it is also time for a free tire rotation. First/initial visit to this dealership to service my truck. I waited on it; didn't take long. I found out after reviewing my receipt as to why. Appears all they did was change the oil and gave the tr truck. I waited on it; didn't take long. I found out after reviewing my receipt as to why. Appears all they did was change the oil and gave the truck back to me. No indication from the receipt or review of it by the service tech as to what was actually done in this visit and outcome. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Furthermore, while waiting for the service to be completed, I walked through the sales department and out into the lot to look at their trucks available for sale. Spent several minutes walking through the lot, and not seeing what I was looking for, walked back through the sales department and waited in the lounge for my truck to get done. NO ONE from the sales department bothered to greet me when I went to look at their inventory, even when I (purposely) walked through the sales department - twice! Having said all this, in context I am in the market to upgrade my truck, Barker GMC Bloomington will NOT be on my list of dealerships to contact to make such upgrade. Furthermore, I'll probably drive back to the dealership where I was previously getting my oil changes. At least there they treated me like a 'customer'. More
