Shawn was the "very best" at service in all my years going to Barbera. Kept me aware of things at all times, unlike in the past (Frank) let me sit with no updates on my car and time frame of being years going to Barbera. I was truly impressed and very appreciative of the service I received during my visit. From the moment I drove onto the Autoland property, Hamid Ibrahim was most helpful! He did an excellent job explaining everything to me about the vehicle, listening to my concerns, and then seeming to come up with a plan which allowed me to purchase the car. He was patient and had gentle spirit which made me definitely want to recommend him to my friends who are also looking to buy a new car. He seriously made this customer feel valued. I was equally impressed by several other things at Barbera Autoland including the encouraging quotes that were on the wall of the room i was sitting in, the offer of hot pretzels, chips , water and, the other employees congratulating me on my new car. Its the little things like this that makes all the difference. More

My visit to Barbera's was the most pleasent auto buying experience I ever had. My sale person (Francisco) was Friendly and very knowledgeable. I went to this dealer for a new Grand Caravan. I bought the van I saw on the website, However they didn't tell me until I arrived that the van had a badly dented back door. They offered to fix it by orderi the van I saw on the website, However they didn't tell me until I arrived that the van had a badly dented back door. They offered to fix it by ordering a new door and we could set up a time to have it done. After we signed the paper work and traded our car in they told us that now we could not have the van now they took it to fix it. They had now gone back on the agreement. Now with no choice I had to rent a car from them (I have a diabetic son and needed to leave for insulin) and the car they gave me was not a family friendly car, it was a small sports car. After all this trouble they told us we could pick the car up on Monday, this being a Friday evening. We did not get the Van until 10 pm Thursday night. To make it worse they did not match the paint on my Van, the new door on the back in an off color. They way they wanted to make up all the hassle was to say "I am sorry" And give me a free oil change. I would tell anyone to avoid this place at all cost, as you will be cheated and lied to just to get your money. More

Salesman Walaa was very, polite, friendly, and helpful with any questions we had about the cars, and our purchases. Thank you again ! More
