I am from the Scranton, PA area and had broken down in the middle of the night in Philly. I had no choice but to have the car towed for service in order to get it back home. We left it at Barbera Autola the middle of the night in Philly. I had no choice but to have the car towed for service in order to get it back home. We left it at Barbera Autoland with a note and I came back to Scranton. When I called the next day to discuss the car Hector was so courteous and understanding of the situation. They had the car ready for me the next day but I could not get there until the day after. This was not a problem at all and again Hector was absolutely outstanding. I don't expect to be in Philadelphia any time soon but I highly recommend Barbera Autoland service. And thank you Hector for being so very gracious and going above and beyond. More
