I was concerned that the internet price was just to get me in the door. Jewel (internet sales) assured me on the phone that even if I did not qualify for the rebates, the price would not rise more than $1, me in the door. We ended up at $1,000 over the internet price. All around, a square deal for my trade and the purchase price of the new car. Sheena was able to find me a good loan. John was a pro, and did a great job answering my questions and making me feel comforatable. Everyone was very nice and treated me and my daughter (12) like a customer should be treated. Thank you. My wife and I have bought our last two vehicles from Barbera's, both times dealing with John Pagano. In both cases we got the car we wanted at a great price with outstanding service. When we had an auto start installed in our new 2013 Town and Country, the auto shop was backed up and we weren't able to pick it up at the later time. I called John and he actually drove our car to our house in Willow Grove so we wouldn't have to wait another day! Great place to buy a car (they do such volume they really know what they are doing) and John is great to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend going to Barbera and working with John before you buy a car anywhere else. More

I owned it for 5 years, and never once had a single mechanical issue with it. I wanted to stick with what I knew was a strong and sound brand, and Dodge was it for me. I choose your dealership, because I can't tell you how many times I have heard your ads on KYW 1060. Guess what advertising works! However as it does go on to tell you how incredible to prices at your dealership are, it does not give the same level of awareness to how amazing your staff are! I wasn't even on your lot for more than 30 seconds, and I was greeted with a smile and a handshake! John himself, went out of his was to provided me with an OUTSTANDING level of customer service. I work in the retail market, and while car sales aren't just like retail, I'm sure we can both agree we live by a very same motto - "a unhappy person will tell and average of 10 people about there experience, while a happy person will go and tell 20." well I have to tell you I've told more than 20 people, and posted on my Facebook all about my car, and the experience purchasing it Thank you so much for making my experience one to remember! More

I had been shopping online for a new vehicle for about a month trying to decide what type of vehicle to purchase. I had previously owned Chevrolet's, Fords, Pontiac's and Buicks but never a Jeep. I enjoye month trying to decide what type of vehicle to purchase. I had previously owned Chevrolet's, Fords, Pontiac's and Buicks but never a Jeep. I enjoyed driving my father's Jeep Patriot but preferred a little more room. So when I came across their website a Jeep Liberty caught my eye. Especially the e-pricing. I entered my information to set and appointment for a test drive. I received a phone call to schedule the appointment but was a skeptical in answering the call, fearing that I would be harassed into the appointment. So, I let it go into voicemail. I received the most professional, energetic voicemail which made me feel welcomed just to stop by. After allowing my husband to hear it, he told me to call to schedule the appointment. When we entered the showroom we was surprised a the warm vibe the filled the room. We was greeted like family, with a willingness to help without being pushy. While we waited for the salesman, we offered items to drink and snacks to eat and continued the entire time we were there. We test drove a the Jeep and was impressed. I was provided financing approval within a matter of minutes and when we accepted the offer, we was congratulated by the entire team. We felt as though we was on a pedestal. We had a tour of the facility and was impressed. Since it was a Saturday evening, the Service and Parts Departments were not open. But with our overall experience with the Sales Department, we have decided that it will be worth the drive and toll to travel from NJ to Philadelphia for servicing appointments, even though we have a Jeep dealership within 2 miles of our home, but it does not have a good reputation. While at the dealership we met a couple that were from Reading, PA whom stated that the prices at Barbera's Autoland are worth the hour trip to purchase a vehicle. I have to agree. We are so impressed by our experience and will never go anywhere else. More
