I found Barbera to be more considerate and concerned for my needs than Reedman Toll which I purchased a new 2006 Durango from and being a loyal Chrysler owner for many years as well as considering the close my needs than Reedman Toll which I purchased a new 2006 Durango from and being a loyal Chrysler owner for many years as well as considering the closeness in relation to my home of Reedman Toll, decided to buy from Barbera because of the maintained communication and respect for my personal schedule with reguards to the deal and the price negotioations on site as well on the phone. I had the best experience here. Overall everything was perfect I walked in and met with Bryan and didnt feel like he was a salesman, more of a friend. Worst car buying experience of our life. Our salesman, Mark bruschal was very unfriendly and rude. The paperwork took a good 3 hours. The car had no gas upon leaving the dealership with it. The first week we had the car we got about 50, yes 50 phone calls thanking us for our purchase. Then they started calling about how they messed up our paperwork. Our salesman started then to harass my mother in law, she was a reference for the credit company not the dealership. They call her everyday. Our car that we just bought the check engine light has come on 6 times, and feels like something is slipping while driving. Biggest piece of junk ever. Since they messed up the paperwork they are threatening to report the car stolen. Please buyer beware, go somewhere else! Its all to good to be true, obviously. More

After spending a few months looking and researching a new Jeep, we had found the perfect one while talking with Carl. We drove three hours to the dealership and we were in contact with our on line sales man Jeep, we had found the perfect one while talking with Carl. We drove three hours to the dealership and we were in contact with our on line sales man Carl stating we were traveling down to hopefully purchase the jeep. The sales price we received from him and online was not the same as what we were given at the time of arrival at the dealership. There was a $2000.00 difference in the price of the vehicle from online to the price at the dealership as well as the price of our trade was not the same as given by Carl. When we arrived we proved to the salesman that the price was as we stated on line. But were still not given the price of the jeep and our trade. We were told they had been in contact with our internet salesman Carl and who stated a price was never given to us, which was a lie since Carl contacted us a few days later to see how we liked the jeep and he stated that no one had contacted him regarding us purchasing the jeep. We would not have traveled 3 hours to a dealership to purchase a vehicle without getting all the information and numbers first when there are jeep dealerships in our area. We were concerned the deal was too good to be true while traveling to the dealership and unfortunately it turned out to be just that. So after spending 6 hours yes thats right 6 HOURS at the dealership we left with our jeep and a wasted day of traveling for a price and deal we had previously been offered at our local dealership. So if you are thinking of traveling far to the Barbera dealership please think again, it would seem they will say whats needed to get a customer to the dealership and not hold up to it. We have been in contact with the dealership who has stated they are trying to make right by our expereince with them yet we have seen nothing nor even gotten a phone call back. We have repeatedly asked for the contact information for the owner as well and have not been provided that either. We are repeated asked where we bought our Jeep but unfortunately we had such a bad experience with Barbara we cannot confidently send anyone down considering our experience.
