I tried to contact the representative that PM me about this review 3x. Each time leaving a message with an operator for them to call me back and I NEVER heard back from this dealer. So my original opinion and experience of this dealer remains. HORRIBLE customer service from everyone but my sales rep Bill. Carl Bartholomew

I finally heard back from the dealership today and we spoke about the concerns that I had primarily with the Finance side of the transaction. The dealer rep was apologetic and seemed to want to make right the best way possible about this aged issue. Therefore I am happy to increase the star rating(s) that I gave previously. I will consider, as one of my options, returning to this dealer again in the future for my next auto purchase, but I may just skip their finance assistance and come with an Auto draft check in hand....
