Dropped off vehicle for an oil change and never received a call that it was finished. I sent the service coordinater a text, no response. Finally called the dealership and the response was, "yes, it's bee a call that it was finished. I sent the service coordinater a text, no response. Finally called the dealership and the response was, "yes, it's been done for a while." Would have been nice to get a call once it was done!! Went to pick it up and it took FOREVER!! Forever to be waited on, then forever for the gentleman to find my vehicle. Ultimately I had to walk around multiple parking lots to find the truck. Might try another Ford dealer for the next service, even if it means a longer drive. More

Joe has been looking for a very long time for a specific vehicle for me. It finally came in and he called before it even hit the lot so I could get down there to see it! It was perfect.
