This is the second vehicle I've bought from Barber Ford and both times the selling agent was great! On the recent purchase I was also happy to get what I thought was a fair trade in. Barber Ford has an superior service department. The service department is staffed with knowledgeable, experienced professionals. No only do they do it right the first time, they charge outrageous rates. It is expensive to have auto work done; they don't recommend extra's that are not needed. It is by pleasure to deal with such a professional, experienced team.They are the finest know to mankind! I am so impressed with their auto repair team. More

Buying a new car should be fun and exciting, after all you are spending a big amount of money these days. My experience was anything but. I felt like I couldn’t take the time I needed to really assess the you are spending a big amount of money these days. My experience was anything but. I felt like I couldn’t take the time I needed to really assess the car and when I asked if my husband and I good come back the next morning so he could drive it, I had the salesman and manager pressuring me to buy on the spot. They were rude and made me feel like they were doing me a favor to let me buy the car. Needless to say I’m not interested in doing business with Barber of Holland. More

I have to set up an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced, one time three weeks out and usually two weeks out. This is scheduled for the date and time of day. I move other things around so I can k serviced, one time three weeks out and usually two weeks out. This is scheduled for the date and time of day. I move other things around so I can keep the appointment time with Barber Ford. Twice my appointment time has been ignored and moved to a later time in the day without being notified of the change. I feel that when an appointment time is scheduled the service department should keep to the scheduled appointment time. Also I when I have had my last two oil changes I have had oil dripping for the frame. I feel that the oil should be wiped off the frame when to oil change is completed. This would save drips on the garage floor and I would not have to crawl under my vehicle to clean up the excess oil. More
Not super happy with the service this time. I specifically told them not to rotate tires as winter tires and they couldn't find the lock to get them off.
