Good Samitans My truck was having sparodic issues - normally those are the hard ones to diagnose. While in Holland the other day, the issue was occuring, so I stopp My truck was having sparodic issues - normally those are the hard ones to diagnose. While in Holland the other day, the issue was occuring, so I stopped at the dealership. The service advisor, Jake, got one the technicians, Russ to ride with me. Russ diagnosed the problem and Jake got my truck in right then and had it fixed the next morning since I had to travel to Ludington. A courtesy driver, Vern, drove me home to Grand Haven and John picked me up the next morning. Both Vern and John were really shining examples of customer service. Barber Ford is the best dealership I have ever worked with and would recommend them to anyone.THEY ARE THE BEST!! More
