Recommend for sales, service is an issue. Bluetooth was not working in the truck when we purchased, service tried to fix it the night we bought the truck, that was 45 minutes. I then had to scheduled another appointment to bring it back in, that was 3.5 hours, still no fix, they decided they needed to order a new part. Scheduled another appointment, was never called when the part came in, so I finally called and the response was oh yes it's here, took the truck in again another 2 hours, this time the I heard this is a bad part they sent us have to order another one. Each time I have to take off from my job plus it's a 45 minute drive to get to Barber. We now have another appointment scheduled for August 8, once again taking time off from work, we can only hope this part works if not Barber may be getting this truck back and getting us a different one. More

Trustworthy I took in my 2014 Explorer Limited to Barber Ford for scheduled recall work on the rear end. Unfortunate, but it happens. After dropping off my Expl I took in my 2014 Explorer Limited to Barber Ford for scheduled recall work on the rear end. Unfortunate, but it happens. After dropping off my Explorer and getting a dealer provided ride to work I received a call from the service department telling me that the work I had had done a few months ago on the rear end was actually what the recall was about. Bummer! Or NOT! The service manager let me know that they would be sending me a refund for the work I had paid for earlier. Nice! This is a great service department and a great dealership! More

Questionable service of repairs We spend $21,000 on a used car with an extended warranty and have brought the car in for similar things multiple times. We have brake issues and ever We spend $21,000 on a used car with an extended warranty and have brought the car in for similar things multiple times. We have brake issues and every time they say they are fine, but it grinds hard after driving for a long time. So I question if it was really tested appropriately to repeat what happens to us. They say it doesn't happen and it has happened at least 5 times to us while driving. Also, our transmission seems to slip from time to time and our warranty to have it fixed is almost up and again they say it's fine. Even though we have spots in our garage from it leaking. We worry it will go out when our warranty is up. Airbag error has happened 2 times and we have to Pay deductible. You would think a safety feature such as this would be taken care of the first time and without charge. We didn't expect to spend $21,000 and have to bring the car in about every 3 months for something. More
