Service once again was not spot on. Missed request (which I pay in monthly payment to have done - even receive texts about service), didn’t return message ( transferred to everyone but person requested), did I pay in monthly payment to have done - even receive texts about service), didn’t return message ( transferred to everyone but person requested), didn’t wash vehicle. Excellent experience at Barber Ford I moved to the west side of the state ( Norton Shores) in the fall of 2018 and dealt with Preferred Ford in Grand Haven and Barber Ford in Holland. Matt Bol is an excellent salesperson, I found him to be very straightforward and he provided all the information I needed to make a purchasing decision.
