Staff initiated a diagnostic of $180/hr to verify that the lights on the dashboard were indeed part of the satisfaction recall. They needed two and the truck had those two. Come Monday Ford says those lig the lights on the dashboard were indeed part of the satisfaction recall. They needed two and the truck had those two. Come Monday Ford says those lights are it but the truck has something else wrong it will be $1500+ and said recall has expired and the vehicle has surpassed the mileage for that recall. Okay makes sense…. Why wouldn’t they inform us of that when they were checking in their systems and pretty much made it seem like it would be under that recall? Save us $209 to tell us “no it doesn’t cover”. This is taking advantage of people! More
Tom was polite and very thorough explaining all that might need to be done for my oil change and tire rotation. Service took a little over an hour and car was returned clean. Friendly staff but wait time is a little long and it’s very difficult to get a hold of anyone. I was on hold twice, transferred to voicemail, left a message and no one ever called me back.
