Fast and fixed right the first time! Have used Banner Ford service dept. since I purchased my vehicle from there in 2012. Service has always been fast and done right the first time. Democrats not welcome I took my 2014 Ford Flex to have a tire replaced under warranty. I was told to wait in the waiting area. I went there and there were two men waiting I took my 2014 Ford Flex to have a tire replaced under warranty. I was told to wait in the waiting area. I went there and there were two men waiting. One was reading the newspaper, the other surfing the internet on his phone. An employee named Liz came in and asked which channel we would like to watch on the TV. The two men were not interested, so I said CNN. Liz informed me that we don't watch Democrats here. I said excuse me. She put on ESPN and said watch this and walked out. I became very upset and went to retrieve my car and go somewhere else. I felt very insulted and not welcome. I asked to speak to the GM and went back to the waiting area where the two gentlemen had no problem with CNN. Liz's manager came to speak with me. He said that her opinion did not reflect the dealership and that the dealership had no political opinion. Said that Liz would be counseled. She needs to keep her political opinion at home and not bring it to the workplace. I feel discriminated against because of my political affiliation. I am tempted to report this to the Democratic National Commettee and the ACLU. More
Hoodwinked! They told me that the truck I wished to purchase was available, so I paid $30+ for a CarFax report. They emailed me ,after being closed for the 4th of July weekend to inform me that suddenly, the vehicle was sold?!? I was promised an incredible online buying experience. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Banner Ford in Mandeville. I was extremely nervous due to a bad experience purchasing my last vehicle. The folks at Banner, especially Mr. Fleet, were friendly in Mandeville. I was extremely nervous due to a bad experience purchasing my last vehicle. The folks at Banner, especially Mr. Fleet, were friendly, understanding, and reassuring. I did shop around, and found no other dealership that even came close to Banner. They were willing to work with me to get me into something that I would really be happy driving. Thanks to Banner, I will look forward to my next car buying experience though I hope that's years from now. I would highly recommend their sales department to anyone. More
Took my F-150 to Banner Ford about 2 weeks ago for new tires. Next day realized that one of the tires look older than others. Contacted Pam in service, explained concern and was told to bring it by so t tires. Next day realized that one of the tires look older than others. Contacted Pam in service, explained concern and was told to bring it by so they could check it (2nd trip). She measured tread depth and acknowledged that it was less tread than the other 3 tires. Next morning went back to have that tire changed (3rd trip). Today while washing vehicle noticed deep gouges to rear passenger wheel, obviously caused by tire machine. Called Pam again, was instructed to bring truck in for a look (4th trip). After waiting a while and no manager available, she took a picture ( I could have texted a picture) and said they would call as soon as he got back. 15 mins before closing I called them. They stated I would need to leave my vehicle all day while they sent it out for repair (5th trip). I explained that I would have an independent wheel repair person fix the wheel and they could pay the bill. They agreed to this with the exception that it did not go over $100. Imagine putting a restriction like that after selling me a used tire as new, damaging my wheel, wasting my time driving over 200 miles total and approx $50 in gas. At no point did they offer any real apology or even something as small as a free oil change for my trouble. More

The best experience with any dealership and sales rep ever! I have purchased 12 autos in my life so far from used to new. We usually have much anxiety while shopping for a new automobile and am a skeptic ever! I have purchased 12 autos in my life so far from used to new. We usually have much anxiety while shopping for a new automobile and am a skeptical and usually do not trust auto sales reps. However; Lisa has changed our views on that subject. Lisa was so personable, extremely knowledgeable and worked hard to get us a good deal, that we decided right there to purchase rather than shop at any other dealership for makes and models that was on our target. The best sales reps can make customers at ease educate them on their product and convince them that their product will best suit their needs and wants. Lisa Lebiche is that good. I She is a top performer and dedicated to her customers and loyal to her dealership. Banner Ford must make sure that she is recognized and rewarded. She makes the Banner Ford dealership shine above all others. More
I give this dealership a great rating across the board because of the excellent work by Raymond Estalote. He worked with me to get the right car for me and despite my bad credit, worked hard to get the ri because of the excellent work by Raymond Estalote.
