$1273.99 That's the amount that I was overcharged for a service by Jason in the service department. I paid over the phone because they were closing before I could get there. So I gave my card information. They didn't tell me the price has changed or offer any information about it. When I got the alert showing the charge went through I saw the overcharged amount I made contact and suddenly they had a price increase on labor that I was never told about and that's why it shot up. This was after two weeks of trying to resolve the issue and being patient. Even with the increase in labor I was not informed about they still over charged by several hundred dollars. Nevermind the fact that I was told this was a two day job and they kept the truck for over 2 weeks. That increase in labor shouldn't have even been an issue had they delivered on time. Also Last time I checked if there are changes especially with labor rates mid job that is to shared with the customer and generally you are not raising the rate mid job buy target on all future jobs after a certain date. That is extremely shady business. The bottom line is they will lie to you and ghost you when they can't make up any more excuses for ripping you off. beware of these practices aimed to legally rob you. I had given a five star review in the past with Rachel. Rachel is still awesome in my book but I can not maintain a 5 star review after being robbed on this job. An agreed upon price of exactly that and it was not honored.
Ivan Lopez was the most incredible salesman I have ever worked with. He ensured we knew what we were getting into before we drove 2 hours to purchase our vehicle. He truly treated us like family and we left there knowing he really took care of us. By far the best experience buying a car. We will be a lifetime customer with Ivan Lopez! Thank you for all of your efforts Ivan!
Thy where polite before sale once thy make the sale. Thy treat you like crape and try to charge you twice for a part you already payed for two days earlier.there the most unorganized ford dealer I have ever experienced.don’t wast your time with theses clowns go to BILLHOOD
Been very informative, helpful and wonderful. While i haven't made a purchase yet I can already tell they are type of dealership id like to purchase from
1 star is too much for this dealership. Salespeople are fine, but management is pushy and down right rude and disrespectful. You should treat past/returning customers much better. Wouldn’t buy a car from this dealership again. The service department is junk too. Banner you should treat a customers car like it’s yours. Tired of dents in my ride so stopped bringing it here for service. Luckily another Ford dealership had a Shelby I was looking for and bought it painlessly from them.
Service department disaster. Brought my F150 in for repairs and maintenance last month. Brakes, oil and transmission fluids and a burned oil odor in the ventilation system. They told me it was valve cover gasket that was leaking. After shearing off a bolt they broke an extractor tool when making the repairs. This required me to purchase new valve covers as the bolts were part of the assembly. They also replaced brake pads on the rear wheels. After 9 days in the shop I was hit with a $2200 invoice after explaining the dilemma to the service manager he knocked it down to $1700. I now noticed an oil leak and the oil smell remaining in the ventilation system and the repaired brakes squealing. Brought it back last week and they couldn’t diagnose the brakes and said the dip stick sleeve was leaking on the exhaust manifold. After several complaints and keeping my truck an additional 3 days they repaired the brake squeaking and replaced the dip stick sleeve. Perhaps that was the root of my oil smelling demise and the valve cover gaskets didn’t need replacement. Never have I seen such poor craftsmanship and management of a service department. I have learned a great lesson from this catastrophe.
