1 star is too much for this dealership. Salespeople are fine, but management is pushy and down right rude and disrespectful. You should treat past/returning customers much better. The service department is junk too. Banner you should treat a customers car like it’s yours. Tired of dents in my ride so stopped bringing it here for service. Luckily another Ford dealership had a Shelby I was looking for and bought it painlessly from them. More
Service department disaster. Brought my F150 in for repairs and maintenance last month. Brakes, oil and transmission fluids and a burned oil odor in the ventilation system. They told me it was valve co repairs and maintenance last month. Brakes, oil and transmission fluids and a burned oil odor in the ventilation system. They told me it was valve cover gasket that was leaking. After shearing off a bolt they broke an extractor tool when making the repairs. This required me to purchase new valve covers as the bolts were part of the assembly. They also replaced brake pads on the rear wheels. After 9 days in the shop I was hit with a $2200 invoice after explaining the dilemma to the service manager he knocked it down to $1700. I now noticed an oil leak and the oil smell remaining in the ventilation system and the repaired brakes squealing. Brought it back last week and they couldn’t diagnose the brakes and said the dip stick sleeve was leaking on the exhaust manifold. After several complaints and keeping my truck an additional 3 days they repaired the brake squeaking and replaced the dip stick sleeve. Perhaps that was the root of my oil smelling demise and the valve cover gaskets didn’t need replacement. Never have I seen such poor craftsmanship and management of a service department. I have learned a great lesson from this catastrophe. More
DO NOT trust this organization. Called 5/10/21 evening, confirmed the online price of a truck with Les Dodd, he confirmed it but wanted to check with his sales manager AJ DeLaneuville. The next day they s confirmed the online price of a truck with Les Dodd, he confirmed it but wanted to check with his sales manager AJ DeLaneuville. The next day they sent me a quote for $4,329 more than what was online. And now the online price has increased, overnight while I waited on a written quote to confirm what both I and Les saw online. This truck had been priced online the same for 2 months, and then changes overnight when I call about it. And then the quote they sent me is still higher than the online price today. They are trying to add in "additional equipment" above the MSRP. Attached are photos showing the the bait and switch scam. The integrity of this entire organization is at question given these tactics. Steer clear. More
Proud of THEIR vehicles. I bought 2021 F250. They refused to budge off sticker a penny and told me if I was buying an 80k$ vehicle I shouldn’t haggle over a few thousand dollars. To make matters worse.....they gave me 14500 for my trade in then posted my vehicle for 22775 days later. Pretty crappy!don’t recommend. More

Banner blamed FORD for false advertising! They ARE FORD! I picked out a truck “on line” and called and spoke with Eric Sonnier (salesman). I asked Eric over and over on the phone about NOT changing things after I drive over 50 miles to buy the truck. He assured me over and over and over!…I believed him. Eric even told me in his office after I signed the papers to buy the truck “Ford had to honor the add for LEATHER SEATS and BEDLINER addition!!!” Then after I had signed papers agreeing to buy the truck he tells me “oops Ford is NOT going to honor the add!” What!! I had been deceived! I was told by the finance manager “Ford does that all the time”! I had copy of the sale add I printed off the computer and the Black Friday sale ended 12/2/19 the day we were there! We had driven over fifty miles, my husband took off work early, we drove through rush hour traffic to find out I had been lied to to get me in their store! I don’t care how good the price is, I would NEVER buy from someone that has to lies and plays games to get your business!!!!!...IT IS THE PRINCIPLE!!!...Then they blamed “FORD”… they ARE FORD!!!!!!!!! More
