My family and I traveled from Amherst Tuesday to check out a truck for my son and in a little over an hour, we had agreed to buy it and 2 more vehicles. We bought 2 Silverado trucks and a High-Country Su out a truck for my son and in a little over an hour, we had agreed to buy it and 2 more vehicles. We bought 2 Silverado trucks and a High-Country Suburban. We were needing to upgrade our 2013 Silverado and 2016 Suburban also and were in the untenable position of needing vehicles in times of limited supply and high prices. This forced us to look outside of our immediate area and led us to Banks. Having purchased probably over 50 vehicles in my lifetime, I have spent my fair share of time in dealerships going through the process. Coming from a sales background, I understand there is much more than just price – or there should be. Jasmine’s personal relationship approach is what made us feel comfortable enough to make a larger purchase. It was easy to see and feel that Jasmine was not an exception, but a good representative of the Banks dealership. She spoke with pride about the family, the dealership’s reputation that brought her there, being closed on Sundays and that she “was not leaving.” The rest of the Banks team was also very good. We were surprised to find Otto in the finance department would take a personal check for a large amount, and we were given a fair deal on our trade-ins – two of which were sight unseen. As I walked through the lobby, an employee said, “thanks for your business, we appreciate it”. That meant a lot, especially from an employee we were not directly working with. Jasmine completed the sales process the next day (we had to return with our trade-ins) very efficiently and handled everything herself with a personal touch. She explained this was the Banks process, which is very impressive in today’s world. Could we have gotten a better price if we shopped around? Maybe, but that was not the most important thing to us. Jasmine and Otto treated us like family. Again, after having many car buying experiences over my lifetime, this is the best and most satisfying experience my family has ever had. We went to look at one and bought three! My only regret is not finding Banks earlier. I wish you continued success and appreciate your culture. I would strongly encourage anyone to make the trip to Banks for their auto needs. More
We had been searching for a decent used AWD vehicle for some time & when we saw the car that worked for us we were able to make a deal . I was told that we needed to meet with their financial guy ( which I didn’t understand as I was pre approved) I declined going through that process again . We went home to return one of our vehicles & returned within a few hours to take our new car home 👍 Alex was a very good salesman ! We actually had the opportunity to test drive alone !! More

My wife and I dropped our 2017 GMC Yukon Denali off for transmission service due to a CEL and we’ll documented issue. The first trip was to diagnose the problem and ensure our extended warranty covered the transmission service due to a CEL and we’ll documented issue. The first trip was to diagnose the problem and ensure our extended warranty covered the work. They weren’t able to do the work then so we scheduled a follow up appointment. We arrived to drop it off and they did not call the warranty company as promised and then called us at the end of the day saying they weren’t able to get to it. They did the work the next morning and called us telling us the work wasn’t covered by extended warranty and it would be $300 to reassemble. The $140 diagnostic, multiple trips up, and $300 sunk reassembly cost you have no choice but to pay another $205 for the sensor, gasket and oil. Very poor communication and they did not follow through to ensure a great customer experience. We have purchased and serviced multiple vehicles with Banks and have seen a drastic change. More
