My new Tahoe came with wheel locks and no key, after two weeks and an angry call to the salesman they came to my house and got and removed the wheel locks. Salesman called me on Friday to say the Tahoe would be there on Saturday, I could pickup Monday. When I called on Monday he told me they where going to pick it up now. On Tuesday he told me the Tahoe woul there on Saturday, I could pickup Monday. When I called on Monday he told me they where going to pick it up now. On Tuesday he told me the Tahoe would be ready at 1:30. I was there at 1:30, at 1:45 he brought Tahoe around front, the mud flaps, rain deflectors and floor matts where not installed yet, he said about an hour. We left at 5:00 with the Tahoe and when we got home we found that there was no owners manual and whoever at your garage installed the mud flaps didn't put the key to the wheel locks back in the Tahoe after installing the mud flaps. To say the least I was very unhappy with both Bank's lack of quality control and there speed in the garage. Looking around Bank's appeared to be high quality dealership, I'd have to say looks are deceiving. More
