Last year, I purchased a GMC and the sales staff was friendly and helpful. I continue to use the vehicle maintenance department for all my vehicle's needs. The waiting room is comfortable and there is a friendly and helpful. I continue to use the vehicle maintenance department for all my vehicle's needs. The waiting room is comfortable and there is a place to order food for breakfast or lunch. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, it doesn't necessarily feel like I'm at a dealership when I'm waiting for my car and they always return it freshly washed and vacuumed. I wish I could schedule an appointment for oil change, sometimes the wait is LONG but sometimes I luck out and get in really quick. I recommend Banks to people who are looking for a vehicle. More

I was in an accident and my Jeep was totaled. I had my heart set on leaving with a GMC Terrain. Tim worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with my experience at Bank I had my heart set on leaving with a GMC Terrain. Tim worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with my experience at Banks! I was met with a "No BS" approach which is greatly appreciated. All members of staff were friendly and were able to make a memorable experience for me. As an added bonus, I think it's great that the dealership works with local businesses to provide a memorable gift to purchasers when they leave with a vehicle. What a nice touch! More

I was in an accident and my car was totaled. I stopped in to see what Banks had available. A friend of mine referred me to them, she's leased several cars there. I talked with Nick Gagnon and h I stopped in to see what Banks had available. A friend of mine referred me to them, she's leased several cars there. I talked with Nick Gagnon and he showed me some options. I test drove a Buick and a GMC. I really loved the GMC. I still had not worked out all the details of the other car and so the process was delayed, but everyone there is really nice and I put a deposit and when my insurance was dealt with I took delivery of my car.
