I was in an accident and my Jeep was totaled. I had my heart set on leaving with a GMC Terrain. Tim worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with my experience at Bank I had my heart set on leaving with a GMC Terrain. Tim worked with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I was so happy with my experience at Banks! I was met with a "No BS" approach which is greatly appreciated. All members of staff were friendly and were able to make a memorable experience for me. As an added bonus, I think it's great that the dealership works with local businesses to provide a memorable gift to purchasers when they leave with a vehicle. What a nice touch! More

I was in an accident and my car was totaled. I stopped in to see what Banks had available. A friend of mine referred me to them, she's leased several cars there. I talked with Nick Gagnon and h I stopped in to see what Banks had available. A friend of mine referred me to them, she's leased several cars there. I talked with Nick Gagnon and he showed me some options. I test drove a Buick and a GMC. I really loved the GMC. I still had not worked out all the details of the other car and so the process was delayed, but everyone there is really nice and I put a deposit and when my insurance was dealt with I took delivery of my car. Thank you Nick and everyone at Banks! More

I got to Banks about 7:45 with my truck that had a noise in the drive train, they took it in and checked it out and said it had a bad bearing in the rearend, They took it apart and replaced the bearings in in the drive train, they took it in and checked it out and said it had a bad bearing in the rearend, They took it apart and replaced the bearings in the rearend. They washed the truck and vacuumed the inside and cleaned the windows and I was on the road by 1:00. Excellent fast service. I would recommend Banks Chevrolet to anyone buying a Car or having your car serviced. More
