The staff was very accommodating and when I needed a ride to a local business the courtesy shuttle was quick and extrem busy week prior to July 4th. The courtesy shuttle driver was extremely pleasant and when I needed to be picked up, she quickly responded and drove me back to Banks. Last year, I purchased a GMC and the sales staff was friendly and helpful. I continue to use the vehicle maintenance department for all my vehicle's needs. The waiting room is comfortable and there is a friendly and helpful. I continue to use the vehicle maintenance department for all my vehicle's needs. I appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, it doesn't necessarily feel like I'm at a dealership when I'm waiting for my car and they always return it freshly washed and vacuumed. I wish I could schedule an appointment for oil change, sometimes the wait is LONG but sometimes I luck out and get in really quick. I recommend Banks to people who are looking for a vehicle. More
