My wife and I recently had our vehicle repaired at Banks. It was our first time there. We where greeted by a valet, who then directed us to your service dept. There we where helped by Linda Falbo. The technician diagnosed it as a left front wheel bearing. While it was there, they also preformed routine maintenance, transmission and cooling system. Linda kept us informed through out the day on the status of our vehicle, which was covered under warranty. It was a 5 star visit, and we will definitely be back.
