Banks keeps emailing me for a review so here it is. I went in to pay cash for a $30k vehicle, Hanna McNeil was my salesperson & she was good. I didn’t see any damage to the vehicle the day I looked at I went in to pay cash for a $30k vehicle, Hanna McNeil was my salesperson & she was good. I didn’t see any damage to the vehicle the day I looked at it (I certainly could’ve missed the crack in windshield, but wouldn’t have missed the crack in dashboard. The day we were to pick it up it was sent for “cleaning” before signing the final paperwork I should’ve did a final inspection just like when buying a house, I didn’t! On my drive home I noticed both the windshield & the dashboard crack, I reached out to Hanna immediately, she said she’d talk to manager, 2 days later I was in neighborhood & went in looking for manager, saw Hanna & she said he was out but she’d talk to him. That was days ago! The moral of the story is INSPECT before you sign as Banks won’t stand by their product once you sign “as is” Shame on me… Lesson learned!!! More

First time here for service on my Acadia. Their service department runs like a well-oiled machine. The person who checked me in and helped me during my wait was very nice and accommodating. The only reason I gave them four stars and not five is because I waited three hours for them to find out what the diagnosis was for my car. The parts were not in stock and it will take 7 to 10 days for them to come in so I will need to go back. More

An oil change or two ago I was told that my vehicle was in the lot directly outside but it ended up being behind the building across the street. It was a nice enough day for a stroll, but I wasn’t expectin in the lot directly outside but it ended up being behind the building across the street.
