The cashiers are deadpan as always, but not unfriendly (this time). She did offer me the the preferred customer card that gives you the 6th oil change free, so it least there was something extra that was communicated. Kind of a snooty vibe here like they are a Mercedes dealership, but not a big deal. Odd setup of maneuvering through moving vehicles to get to my parked vehicle when completed. Very large and comfortable waiting rrom is a plus. Clean restroom is a plus. More
