I went in for my first service. They advertised no appointments necessary. 1.5 hour service. I’ve been a customer of Banks for 6yrs and bring all 3 of my cars up there and have been happy until now. I brought my 2016 Suburban LTZ up to replace the transmission (through a warranty not bought through my cars up there and have been happy until now.
