I recently purchased a 2025 Chevy Silverado LT Trail Boss from Banks Chevrolet. I have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. I researched the vehicle I was interested online, was contacted by Greg Gush with the Online Sales Team who sent me information on vehicles they had on the lot and made me an appointment to come look at them. When I arrived at the dealership, I was welcomed at the door by the verify friendly greeters. I met with one of the sales managers who set me up with Chris Burnor, one of his sales associates. Chris was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the trucks, their options, and explained in great detail how everything in the trucks worked. Chris, the sales managers, and the finance team thoroughly reviewed everything including incentives, extended warranty options, finance rates and terms, and provided me with a great trade in value for my existing truck. They did all this without being pushy. They showed me my options, answered any questions I had, and allowed me to take my time to ensure I left satisfied without forcing the sale. It was clear they genuinely cared about helping me, not just closing a deal. I was recently rear ended that left my car totaled so I badly needed a new car. Seth was my sales person and I couldn’t have been more thankful. Trying to car shop can be tough as it is, never mind when yo badly needed a new car. Seth was my sales person and I couldn’t have been more thankful. Trying to car shop can be tough as it is, never mind when you have little children too. So the constant trying to make time, switch car seat from one test drive to another and praying the toddler doesn’t have a tantrum is stressful enough but for the first time ever buying a car(and I’ve gone through this process 6 times now)-I’ve been rear ended 3 times. Anyways, for the first time ever car shopping, it was a BREEZE! I didn’t stress, I didn’t feel pressured, I didn’t feel rushed, I didn’t feel ignored, I was completely taken care of and respected by Seth. He was so patient, kind, understanding but also fast moving because he absolutely understood what it meant to car shop with tiny humans. I really really can’t thank Seth enough. More
Don’t get me wrong getting me in for service in two day was great. But a $300 dollar markup was a little much I know it’s an I know it’s a dealership so you do that kind of thing so I can’t complain about was great. I hope the oil wash changed in the plow not just sprayed a little lubricant on the bolts. For $700 you would have thought you could have washed it and not parked it so far that I had to get a ride to pick it up. You new I was waiting and then the lady that checked me in was adamant about that she called me twice and then she had to come out to the waiting room to To get me I showed her that there was no call and she also knew that I was waiting not sure Why she just couldn’t come out and tell me like she did that the truck is ready.
