Bought a certified Cadillac XT6 at Banks. Super smooth low pressure. Heard a rattle. I like to wrench so I checked and it was an exhaust isolator that fell out. Easily missed. I bought my first vehicle from Banks recently and just had my first oil change there (which was complimentary for purchasing a vehicle at the dealership). Service was incredible. Greeted immediately as I had my first oil change there (which was complimentary for purchasing a vehicle at the dealership). Service was incredible. Greeted immediately as I entered the service bay by very pleasant people who directed me where to go and took my VIN. I left the car and went to the service desk where another very nice employee took my info and offered a wash and vacuum free of charge. I then went into the waiting room complete with leather chairs and sofas, flat screen tv, coffee station and a Nadeau’s subs counter. They even have a kids room with toys, books and a separate tv for children. The whole experience was incredible and it only took an hour. Can’t recommend enough. I will only buy and service my vehicles at Banks for the foreseeable future. More

Searched on line, found the vehicle I wanted, contacted the dealership and was connected to Nick Tobin the salesman. Very easy trade in process via text and pictures. My second pick up truck purchase here and both experiences have been very positive and professional. I have been buying pickup trucks since 1983 in different states but this dealer is above & beyond. I am willing to travel the extra distance for the service, integrity and vast inventory. Add in the no pressure sales pitch and you have a winner. I go out of my way to get my trucks serviced here as well. They have a very proficient business plan that provides the customer with the expected work ethic that is unfortunately often lacking in many dealership sales and service departments today. If a problem did arise it was addressed professionally and fairly. I would not hesitate recommending any family member or friend To Banks GMC-Chevrolet -Cadillac for their next vehicle. More
