Conversations on available vehicles and associated quotes started via email, arranging for test drives electronically prior to arrival. The vehicles were ready when we arrived, our salesman (Keith) was professional, curious and knowledgeable on both 2015 and 2016 models. The negotiation process was quick and straight-forward, no continuous back and forth, as the manager came out to discuss the price after one back & forth. Even when the price couldn’t be lowered, we were able to agree over the dealership providing a couple add-ons to make the price and features match what we were looking for. The only negative was the very low offer made on our trade-in (under half of the trade-in value according to NADA, Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book), which made making the decision to sell our vehicle privately an easy one. Lowest documentation fees ($95) I have ever seen, great financing offers (matched the rate we walked in with) and beautiful showroom. Highly recommend Keith and the crew at Banks. I have purchased 6 vehicles in my life, and this experience was by far the easiest and most enjoyable. More

Amazing Purchase Experience I have never bought a brand new car and was quite upside down on my payoff but was in need of something significantly better than I was driving. I ha I have never bought a brand new car and was quite upside down on my payoff but was in need of something significantly better than I was driving. I had little hope Mike could help me but he was amazing. We worked out a great deal and at the last moment he realized he had missed an allowance for my insurance and didn't hesitate to redo the paperwork to ensure I received every cash allowance that was out there for me. He then sat with me and explained the entire car to me from the smallest thing of the USB charging ports to the Satellite radio. He helped me step by step set up my on star account, put the app on my phone, and link my phone to the car. He was very patient and professional the entire time. An amazing experience. A dealership that is more than a dealership When I pulled onto the lot at Banks, I was not sure what to expect. I had just come from a dealership where I had had an awful experience. I didn't wa When I pulled onto the lot at Banks, I was not sure what to expect. I had just come from a dealership where I had had an awful experience. I didn't want to deal with that again. Seth did a great job of helping find a vehicle that fit my needs. He did not try to push into something that I didn't need or was more than I needed. I let him know what kind of cars I had been looking at prior to visiting Banks. I took the Chevy Cruze for a test drive and loved it. Even though this happened, I was still not sure which car I was going to choose. Seth gave me the numbers for the cost of the vehicle so I could compare. Less than an hour later I was back at Banks, ready to buy. Seth made it very easy knowing I had to get to work at a specific time. He was even able to get me a good deal on the car. I feel that if I had gone anywhere else, I would not have had such a good experience. I was able to pick up my new car that same day. Seth helped me to set up everything with my car when I went to pick it. He did a wonderful job for me and I could not be more grateful. My dad was also very thankful to him as well, seen as I can be a very picky person when it comes to cars. I will definitely be back to make future purchases. This was by far the best experience I have had with car buying so far. I would like to thank Seth again for all of his hard work and helping me with the purchase of my first brand new car. More
