They had what I wanted I was researching purchasing a new truck for more than a month prior to visiting dealerships. I had heard that Banks had a large inventory of vehicles I was researching purchasing a new truck for more than a month prior to visiting dealerships. I had heard that Banks had a large inventory of vehicles, so I decided to stop in there to see what they had. As the Colorado and Canyon is a newly designed truck, it has been extremely popular and very difficult to keep on showroom floors. I was able to drive a 4 cylinder Colorado initially and from that test drive, I discovered that I would need the 6 cylinder version. The salesman Seth Boutin was attentive to my needs and was good about keeping in contact with me without being pushy. I typically loathe the purchasing process because many salesmen are pushy and seldom listen to the needs of the customer. Seth made me comfortable right away, despite my arriving at the dealership just 30 minutes prior to their closing. I looked around online at other dealerships to see who might have the exact truck that I was looking for, and found that there weren't many others within 50 miles of my home. I travelled to the other local Chevy dealership that had a Colorado, one afternoon and was treated very differently than I was at Banks. The salesman, upon approaching me as I got out of my vehicle, jumped straight into what I was looking for, and never introduced himself or even shook my hand. I left a short while later and headed up to Banks to meet with Seth and we got the deal done that evening. More

Great experience! We got a great trade value for our car and got the best price around for our brand new Yukon. We worked with Chris and Anna, and their finance person was also great. He was able to match the rate of our credit union which made the process so much easier. They didnt push warranties like other dealers we have dealt with in the past. Everyone was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend Bank Chevrolet in Concord NH! More

I had the pleasure of meeting Jason Zimbran (my salesman) who showed me a few trucks, gave me a good trade in price and I bought the truck. Best Car Buying Experience to Date.. Shopping for a new Suburban and looked 90-mile radius and at 3 different dealers. Banks was the most communicative, diligent and incredibly NICE.
