I explained it was "wobbling" we figured i needed the tires balanced. They got my car in while I waited in the very comfortable waiting area. With cushy couches, tv and coffee. When they realized the problem was the axle shaft they got to work right away. They automatically checked into the warranty, no flaming hoops to jump through or questions asked. I was looking on line for a specific vehicle and saw on Banks Chevrolet website that they had two in transit so I called them. I was told the first one was taken BUT the second was still available later t Banks Chevrolet website that they had two in transit so I called them.
