My opinion of Marc Labbe, Basic Care at Banks Chevrolet Cadillac, is that he continues to excel in his performance. I had my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate Diesel serviced for the first time at Banks. This oil service was compliments of GMCs Certified Pre-owned purchase from another dealer out of state. I easily selected and made an appointment online over a weekend through the myGMC app and then called the service dept on Monday to confirm and get some idea of how long the appointment would take. The service advisor immediately needed to push my appointment to a later time than I selected in their online system somehow due to customers that came in on Monday morning. This seemed a bit strange to me but not too inconvenient. I arrived at my appointed time and was quickly checked in. The wait was comfortable and the one hour predicted wait time was right on the money with no unexpected surprises. It even include a complementary wash and vacuum...nice! More
