I purchased a "certified" 1500 Trail Boss in January 2025 and it's been in and out of the dealership ever since. Let me be clear, the Technical Service Manager has been great throughout the last nine months, and it's been in and out of the dealership ever since. Let me be clear, the Technical Service Manager has been great throughout the last nine months, but now I'm told the noises I hear are "normal". If it takes nine months to say the noise is normal, then it's NOT normal. Basically, it's a way of telling me that they have no idea what's wrong with it. I talked to the Sales Manger, and asked him to put me in another vehicle, and eat a few thousand dollars in the process. I was told "it's not fair" for Banks to lose money on a deal! Now, I calculated how long my truck sat at Banks, and it was there for THREE MONTHS. So that's three months I paid to drive a vehicle that sat a Bank's. How is that "fair" to me? I am one-and-done with Chevy! I Can't wait to pick out my new RAM! More
