When the vehicle arrived, they immediately contacted me and we scheduled a time to see the vehicle. It was exactly what we were looking for. I came in for a state inspection and mentioned that I had been losing air in one of my tires. The technician took the time to track down the issue and found corrosion on the rim causing a leak. At my request, he checked the rest of the wheels and found the same problem on all of them. He cleaned up the edges of the rims and applied bead seal, and since then I haven’t lost any air at all. Everyone I interacted with was polite, courteous, and genuinely friendly. The work was thorough, clearly explained, and done right the first time. Apparently after purchasing 9 vehicles from banks chevrolet they feel that you deserve to be taken advantage of. Their offer for our trade in was a slap in the face.
