I explained it was "wobbling" we figured i needed the tires balanced. They got my car in while I waited in the very comfortable waiting area. With cushy couches, tv and coffee. When they realized the problem was the axle shaft they got to work right away. They automatically checked into the warranty, no flaming hoops to jump through or questions asked. Knowing I was short on time they quickly got me into a loaner car and sent me on my way. All completely free of charge. I got my car back the next day wobble free. Thank you Banks Chevrolet! More

I was looking on line for a specific vehicle and saw on Banks Chevrolet website that they had two in transit so I called them. I was looking for a 2024 GMC Sierra, double cab with a 6 1/2 foot bed. The local GMC dealer had only two that fit the description while Banks showed 16 in their inventory. I live an hours drive from Banks but thought it was worth the drive. Jordan showed me a couple of trucks and I decided on the 1500 Elevation. I received a fair price for my trade in and purchased the new truck for a competitive price. The new Sierra is an upgrade from the 2011 Silverado and provides a nice ride and has many nice features. I am very happy with the new truck and dealing with Jordan was a pleasant experience. More
