I went in to Banks to look at a used truck I saw online. I was greeted promptly by Chris Burnor who took me outside to see the truck and got it set up for me to test drive it. I don't make big financial purchases quickly, but they made me a good offer on the price of the truck and gave me a good offer on my trade so I said I would think about it and call them in a couple of days. I ended up buying it and am enjoying the truck very much and also my experience there as a 1st time buyer. I was very impressed by the whole process and would recommend Banks to others who like a relaxed sales experience. More

In August 2021, I approached a dozen Chevy dealerships in NH and MA about the purchase of a new Suburban High Country. My wife and I met Mike, and we ordered the vehicle from him. It took until December 17 for us to receive the vehicle, but Mike continued to stay in touch with us and respond to my emails throughout the process. Further, although we didn't finance the vehicle through the dealership, the finance department was very quick to get a quote to us. Very pleased with this crew. Will be back. More

Great service a very hard dealership to buy from. The washing and vacuuming when the oil is changed. I wish they would send out a few coupons like they use to. It is getting expensive.
