I have been dealing with Banks for more than 30 years & drive 45 minutes to get there for their excellent service & trustworthiness. Ratting a dealership on an individual sale or service is okay, but an accurate assessment is the length of patronage. Found Banks through their online listing of a used Volt in like-new shape. Service was friendly, courteous, and didn't put me on hold on the phone.
