Been using Banks for my Cadillac SRX for 6 years now and always happy with service. Recently had an oil change and got car back clean and wheels rotated at no extra cost. I live in Manchester so naturally I went to the local GM dealer on Southwillow Street. I was getting a noise from my brand new sierra Dinali from the Brakes.They told me that they could not figure out the p dealer on Southwillow Street. So I picked up my truck brought it to Banks Chevrolet in Concord and they immediately recognized the problem and informed me that there was a recall on the brakes and installed all new brakes all the way around my truck.
