I recently purchased a 2021 GMC Sierra AT4. The truck ended up having engine issues however the team at Banks were able to fix the truck and provide me with a loaner vehicle in the meantime. The vehicle ended up having engine issues however the team at Banks were able to fix the truck and provide me with a loaner vehicle in the meantime. The vehicle ended up needing further repairs at which point the sales team offered to order me a new and upgraded truck at no cost. To make things even more satisfactory, my originally truck was repaired and given to me to drive until the brand new one arrives. Seth in sales was very helpful during the entire process. I would definitely recommend the sales team at Banks. More
