Banks does not charge over MSRP which puts them at the advantage to the consumer. Don't buy from any dealership that charges more than MSRP, as there are honest dealerships that do not do that. The Service Valet Phil was LEGIT!! It was ultra cold out and he literally picked my truck up over his head and walked it into the shop(his old knees only buckled once.) Then to my amazement he squirted oil and he literally picked my truck up over his head and walked it into the shop(his old knees only buckled once.) Then to my amazement he squirted oil out of his eyeballs and into my truck while rotating the tires with his feet.
