This dealership did an excellant job of walking me through the process. The truck arrived as promised and the salesman showed me how the infotainment centre worked as well as the other features. I ne through the process. The truck arrived as promised and the salesman showed me how the infotainment centre worked as well as the other features. I needed the help as I am 45 years old and this was my first new vehicle in twelve years. This truck was packed with features. Banks does not charge over MSRP which puts them at the advantage to the consumer. Don't buy from any dealership that charges more than MSRP, as there are honest dealerships that do not do that. Great job Banks! More
