The team at Banks Chevrolet is always one of the nicest and easiest groups to work with. One of my favorite things is they don’t try to oversell you. They showed me my dust cabin filter which was pretty dirty. Told me I would still pass inspection, but IF I WANTED THEM TO, they could change it and he gave me the price upfront. No surprises. 10/11/2024 I rook by Buick Tour X into Banks' Basic Service on 10/9. Upon arrival i was told it would be a 3 hour wait. No problem; i came prepared with my lap top and had plenty to do in that period Service on 10/9. Upon arrival i was told it would be a 3 hour wait. No problem; i came prepared with my lap top and had plenty to do in that period of time. At the desk I was informed that I had rewards points which would help cover the cost of oil change, tire rotation etc. + I had 5 coupons from previous oil change services. Technician identified dirty cabin filter and recommended change which would be done immediately. All was completed sooner than I expected for a reasonable charge. + car was washed!
