We have done business with Banks since 1987 and have always been satisfied . This purchase was different as our salesperson had retired. We were not impressed by our salesperson as we did not learn any always been satisfied . This purchase was different as our salesperson had retired. We were not impressed by our salesperson as we did not learn anything about the truck we purchased and during paper work it was rushed and just sign no communication at all about this vehicle. Very disappointed in our experience this time which makes us believe we might go elsewhere next time. The only thing our sales person did was pair our phones. Nice gentleman but needs more training in customer service. the truck was not cleaned and there was plastic still over parts in the interior, we had to have him wipe the seats and door off as there was marks all over them. Sorry for this review as it is not good but the truth has to be known as treating customers as people and not just a dollar sign in his pocket. We have no problem with the dealership as we have been loyal to bqnks and have always had good service until now. More

I had the pleasure of working with Banks service department again. I had taken my car in for inspection, review two warranty issues and scheduled maintenance. I have an EV. Bought a certified Cadillac XT6 at Banks. Super smooth low pressure. Heard a rattle. I like to wrench so I checked and it was an exhaust isolator that fell out. Easily missed.
