I have recently brought in my truck for service on two separate occasions. I am used to parts not being on hand so I expected to have to come back, but the reason this isn't 5 stars is because of my front separate occasions. I am used to parts not being on hand so I expected to have to come back, but the reason this isn't 5 stars is because of my front facing camera. When I brought it in the first time for the camera diagnosis I was told that it is fried and needs to be replaced. I wait the time and bring it in to be replaced and the second camera is worse than the first, but when I get back to the truck the camera is working fine. In one way I got to dodge an $800 repair but also it seems like no one attempted unplugging and plugging something back in or any other simple troubleshooting and only went by the warning lights. I could have easily been in the hole $800 for a repair that didn't need to happen. I love all my interactions with people at this dealer but this left a bad taste. More
