This was my first new car purchase and Ray made it a wonderful one. He was very knowledgable of the vehicles, and very patient as I tested out the vehicles. Herb invited me over to the car lot to take a look at what the dealership has to offer. I reluctantly agreed. Upon arrival to the car lot he asked me what I wanted.
