I was looking on truecar.com and Nissian of Chesapeake had a car for sale so that what cause me to come there. On November 23, 2013 Me and my husband walk around the whole car lot, no one came outside to had a car for sale so that what cause me to come there. On November 23, 2013 Me and my husband walk around the whole car lot, no one came outside to help us I guess because it was freezing outside and maybe we didnt look the part. My husband convinced me to go inside and ask about the vehicle I was interested in but I was mad at the fact that no one came outside. We then went inside and we got stares and looks, so I realize we did not look the part but this one guy (Raymond Pusey) saw us and pass a few of the other employees that look at us and started back doing what they was doing ( which was nothing), he came to us with this big smile and that did calm me down a little so we proceeded to carry on our conversation. I made it my business to not dress up for the part because I already had a 30,000 check in my purse. With much being said he was awesome with us and I am NOW driving my new car and yes Tonya Ervin was also very professional and I didn't have to sit all day!!! Thank you guys!! More

I recently purchased my second Nissan vehicle from Nissan of Chesapeake and was pleasantly surprised on how the experience was just as easy and first rate as the first time. There was definitely a lot less of Chesapeake and was pleasantly surprised on how the experience was just as easy and first rate as the first time. There was definitely a lot less haggling with Nissan of Chesapeake compared to other dealerships in the area. My sales person Gino Evans provided outstanding service getting me the vehicle I was looking for and kept me with in the budget I set for myself. I have highly recommended Nissan of Chesapeake (and salesman Gino Evans) to my family and friends. Also wanted to commend Tonya Ervin for her outstanding service provided during the financial purchase process of obtaining my vehicle. "Dan the Man Banister" has a great staff working for him. One other selling point that has sold me on Nissan of Chesapeake is the vehicle service department, I find this group of professionals outstanding! This dealership has a comfortable waiting area for customers to wait for their vehicle to be serviced, when my wife is willing to take our cars in for service you must be doing something right! More
I came in to Nissan of Chesapeake and I was immediately greeted by Justin Liberty with a smile and a handshake. He asked me what I was looking for and I told him a crossover type SUV. He escorted me and my daughter over to the Murano. Justin was very knowledgeable about the Nissan product line and explained all of the fantastic features. I was very impressed by the vehicle and Justin seemed very passionate about the Nissan product line as well. I will keep the Murano in mind as I continue to shop and I will recommend Justin and his expertise to my friends as he made me feel comfortable and confident in the make and model Murano at Nissan of Chesapeake. I received an offer in the mail which stated that I was pre-approved for a car. I completed the information on line, was immediately contacted by phone. An appointment was set up for a few days later which led to the purchase of a 2013 Nissan Sentra. As we viewed cars on the lot, we were greeted by many employees and asked if we needed help. Charles Baker was the first to approach us in a very friendly and professional manner. His attitude helped my wife and I relax. He stated that he would do everything within his power to help us leave that day with a new car. We were skeptical because I had been out of work for over four years and my credit history was not that great. I really wanted to purchase a car because it was a gift for my wife who was in desperate need of an automobile so that she could have transportation to a new job. Charles offered us popcorn, which my wife loves and brought us cold water and coffee. He took us step by step through the process, encouraging us when things looked as if we would not be able to purchase a car. My wife was looking for an older model car or something that may had a previous owner. She never thought that she would leave the dealership with a new car. The bathrooms were clean, the atmosphere friendly and they even allowed us to keep our poodle inside the dealership! We also had our two grandchildren, one who has a form of autism. While Charles and I worked out the terms of our deal, my wife, the grandchildren, and the dog sat under a tree outdoors. Charles consistently came outside to make sure that they were comfortable and safe. It really made a good impression on my wife. He explained everything in complete detail about how to use different devices in the car and told us that we can call at anytime if we had questions. We were most impressed with the friendly attitude of the employees, the cleanliness of the dealership, and the professionalism of Mr. Baker. We were so impressed that we brought our son to Charles a few weeks later and he also bought a new car. Even though the price was a little higher than we wanted to pay, we were happy with the honesty of Charles and was reassured that if we made timely payments for a year that we could refinance the car to bring down the payments. More
My wife and I purchased two vehicles the same day when we didn't even think that we could buy one. I must say that we had the best car buying experience that we ever had. Initially sent a request online through USAA.com car buying assistant. I received a return call on my request within an hour and went in to the dealership shortly after on that same day. I was greeted by Justin before we even went inside and he helped us to find Cheryl. There was some waiting time while the car was made ready for a test drive. The inside waiting area was comfortable. Justin accompanied us on the test drive and was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle. The price on the vehicle that I test drove was a bit higher than I wanted, so he then helped us find a similar vehicle with a price in my range. We did test drive that car as well. I was running into a time constraint with child care, so I left for awhile and returned later in the afternoon. Justin was respectful of my time and helpful with getting things in order. When I returned, Justin and Tonya helped us finish and go home with our new pre-owned vehicle that same day. Thanks! More
Went in for an oil change on our 2012 Nissan Quest (sold to us by Ron Watson) and ran into Ron while waiting. He asked us how everything was with the van and I told him "great but I miss leather seats", rig to us by Ron Watson) and ran into Ron while waiting. He asked us how everything was with the van and I told him "great but I miss leather seats", right away Ron said "lets see what we can do about that" so off we went. He found us what we wanted and more! It also had a DVD player!! We now have a beautiful 2013 Nissan Quest!! Ron is great to us and get's us what we ask for, he told us about the even better rate we could get and we got it! We always get great fast service from him and his team. Ron listens to what we want and works with us until we are happy. :) We are happy!!! This is why we have given the rating we have! More
