Horrible Customer Service My initial experience was pleasant, fast, and efficient. I came to this dealership to view a used vehicle I had found online. The salesman, Giff McDon My initial experience was pleasant, fast, and efficient. I came to this dealership to view a used vehicle I had found online. The salesman, Giff McDonald, was friendly and helpful. I bought the SUV and went home, happy with my purchase. Later that week it rained and I noticed a leak coming from the overhead light in the cargo area and upon further inspection noticed there were some missing components. I called the dealership asking for my salesman; I called multiple times, left multiple messages with no return call. I called for the manager with no call back. The dealership is about a 30min drive away from my home so I wanted to talk to someone first before making a special trip across town. But apparently these people don't like to use phones so I went all the way there and asked for the manager and he told me I had to talk to my salesman. He didnt even try to help resolve my issue, acted like he didn't care at all. So I asked for my salesman who came over all chipper and friendly. I told him my concerns and he said he would call someone and get back to me the next day. No call back, not that day or anytime the following week. I called and as expected, no answer, left a message and no call back. I am back at the dealership now, sitting and waiting to speak with this man. When here, everyone is polite and somewhat attentive but as it seems if you want something to get done, you have to come in person to get it done. I even called Mopar- I couldn't find the parts online-to get the part number to replace the component on my own but they said told me to take it back to the dealership, that they would have to take care of it. Giff finally came over, after I'd been standing around in the lobby for 20 or so minutes, to tell me he was sorry he had not called me back but he would send his Customer Service person, Rick, to come help me right now. Rick comes over and asks what do I need, his demeanor is cool and aloof, like he doesn't care what I have to say. I try to explain the situation and he tells me this dealership can't do anything because they're not a Jeep dealership. I say, "well I bought the vehicle from you with this problem you need to fix it." So he tells me to come back Monday (it's Saturday) because "no one is here today." I'm getting real sick and tired of this but I don't like my new-to-me vehicle being busted when it's their job to make it right but I suppose they don't care since they've already got my money. More
