The price online is the price we paid. There was no hassling, no haggling, and no hidden fees. Absolutely Awesome I went into the dealership with not much hope at all . Mauricio Suarez was my sales person and he worked at getting me into a new car ! My credit is h I went into the dealership with not much hope at all . Mauricio Suarez was my sales person and he worked at getting me into a new car ! My credit is horrible , and I had a trade in with a hefty amount of negative equity. Within a few short hours Mauricio had me in a brand new 2017 Altima with payments I can afford . He really took his time and helped me out , not everyone is willing to take on a difficult situation like mine .This was not the first time I purchased a car , but by far it was my best experience at a dealership . From the initial greeting and hospitality to selecting the best vehicle for me, all the way through driving off in my brand new Nissan Altima, a team effort was in motion that made me feel appreciated as a customer. The Finance Manager took the time to thoroughly explain all documentation and patiently answer all of my questions, and was very honest and straight forward. He also offered a more in depth view on budgeting and financial planning interest in my new investment that even I did not consider during my research. The team member that brought it all together for me though was Mr. Ron Watson. From the moment I was in contact with Ron I knew he had my best interest in mind. It was such a relieving feeling to know that I had the support of a prior service veteran who understood my language. He took care of everything helping me select the vehicle I wanted providing me with a tour of the facility so that I know where to go and who to see provided I have any maintenance concerns, or if I wanted to upgrade my new ride with accessories, he even made sure my Altima was looking great for the road and had a full tank of gas. From start to finish Ron made my trip to Nissan seamless allowing me to relax and actually enjoy the experience. I will definitely recommend anyone interested in buying a new car to pay him a visit. Great experience I was really nervous about buying my first new car, which the people from this dealership noticed. They didn't have exactly what I wanted at first, but after getting a bit more info from me Mauricio found the perfect car and got me a good deal on it. I even got a super good deal on my trade in, quite a bit more than other dealerships had offered me. I was super pleased with the offer. Mauricio was super sweet the whole time I was there, even though I kept going back and forth on what I wanted, he was patient the entire time. The whole staff was quite friendly and welcoming. The service department is really good too, offering a loaner car if the service was going to take a while, and being flexible in allowing me to come back the next day at my convenience so that I didn't have to interrupt my whole schedule just to get an oil change. I highly recommend these guys if you're looking for an easy unpressured shopping experience. More

Mr. Mauricio Suárez provided an excellent sales atmosphere, he wasn't pushy or aggressive at all(unlike most preconceived notions of salesman). Although I was a bit demanding, he made sure all of my needs/request were met pertaining to the vehicle. Mauricio went above and beyond to make sure I was not only comfortable with my purchase but also made sure I was happy with his performance. His wonderful customer service skill(s) [which is a big thing for me] is what is needed in the car sales industry. This man even ran across the street to 7-11 to get my mother and I water! That's what this industry is all about doing whatever is needed to satisfy the customer. He also made sure that my used car was in prestine condition upon pickup. Also I would like to applaud the manager Marc for also being an excellent salesman as well. This establishment knows exactly how to make consumers feel excited and empowered during their purchases. I have several friends in the market looking to purchase new cars and I truly will recommend them to head on over to Nissan of Chesapeake.
