I took my vehicle up there for a tow link recall. When I got my car back My alignment or something else...is all messed up to the point where I can barely drive it. When I finally got through to somebody the only thing they could do was give me an appointment for the middle of the week where I have to go to work. I'm gonna be bringing it backup there Saturday so that they can fix what they did. More

Let’s start with I live almost 900 miles away from dealership. I found the car online, I spoke with Tim who was able to send me pictures from his phone, he worked with me, gave me all details about t dealership. I have Brought 2 cars from Prior dealership,Sheeyh and 1 from this dealership. My salesman Jonathan Slater was great. But since this last purchase under the name of Banister I have inquired all kinds of different Issues Where I requested To transfer my tags And they charge me for new hard tags I went to another dealership to get my first oil change and had to pay for it because they hadn't registered Me to get my oil changes under the contract I request it to Transfer my existing tags which had 8 months on it But they charge me for new hard plate tags contacted the woman about the tags she said she would reissue me a refund but haven't heard from the woman in over 7 months at the Banister dealership in Norfolk I will be taking my car to get service at Osmond's Ford in Virginia That's where I will purchase my next vehicle More
