Absolute horrible experience. Service advisor (She) is very unprofessional. lacks communication skills. Technicians inability to fix and reset control module and taking 4 trips an Service advisor (She) is very unprofessional. lacks communication skills. Technicians inability to fix and reset control module and taking 4 trips and plenty of excuses for why they cant fix and reset the module. absolute time, money, and effort wasted. Still on going. Its been over two months and trip number 5 to the dealership coming up with same problem still exists. Porters/ techs joy riding in the vehicle while I tracked them on the vehicle app. and denied it until I showed the tracking info. Absolute do not recommend. More

He made a prompt appointment for a test drive and put me in the caring and competent hands of Evelyn Betancourt. This was my second test drive, and Banister worked with me far more comfortably and personally than the first dealership (also in the Washington DC area). The ordering process was unique (and new to me, not having bought a new car in over 20 years) but that was easy compared to the months of waiting and delays that followed in this challenging year of EV production. Evelyn was a comfort throughout the process. When the car finally arrived (after nearly 10 months) she went above and beyond to get me in it quickly. I look forward to many years of working with Banister and highly recommend them to everyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

Chris did not file a claim with my warranty company until after the work was done. The Ford service department know that all parts must be approved before it is installed. Chris told me my warranty only co after the work was done. The Ford service department know that all parts must be approved before it is installed. Chris told me my warranty only cover the engine and transmission. He lied to me. I contact Auto Assure warranty and was told the warranty does cover the alternator. Banister Ford did not file a claim to get approval on it before installation. I was frauded. Please tell me why?. More
