i brought my mustang in for a recall. They had the car for 4 days. When i called to get an update, the service advisor told me the part was on back order and to come get the car. And tha They had the car for 4 days. When i called to get an update, the service advisor told me the part was on back order and to come get the car. And that's fine. Here we are 7 months later. no one called. And to make things worse, they left my trunk unfunctional and all kinds of wires hanging and tourn. A new tire was also stolen from the trunk. Till this day no one has bothered to reach out. More

This dealership has been giving me the run around since I first took my truck to get diagnosed. No one gets back to me they barely answer the phone I’ve called multiple times to either not get an answer or p first took my truck to get diagnosed. This is by far the worst dealership I’ve dealt with from service to management, and quite frankly I don’t even know why I’m writing this because no one is gonna reach out to help me .
