Banister Ford of Marlow Heights

I was very dissatisfied with my service at Banister Ford and I will not be coming back for any further service. I watch my car in the service lane for 2 hours after it was repaired and once I realized this, and I will not be coming back for any further service. I also do not think the diagnosis of my engine leak was performed since it sat in the service lane for those 2 hours. I was also charged for an oil plug that was put in incorrectly during an oil change in October 2023. I had to bring my car back for service because the plug was missing and oil was leaking. More

The experience was relatively pleasant. We were able to get the price we asked for and the features we were looking for. However, the paperwork process took way too long. Also, a few details were missed that I have had to go back to the dealership to resolve. In particular, why was the vehicle not given a full charge before I took over? You wouldn't sell a gas engine with an empty tank; why give a customer an EV with no range? More
